2001 harley davidson softail custom?

my friend is trying to sell me his bike its a 2001 harley davidson softail custom fxst it has custom paint on it with flames and a custom seat with flames on it also with vance and hines pipes on it he has also put on flame handles and a little chrome its a really nice bike he wants $12,000 for it and it only has 11,000 miles on it do u guys think its a good deal
