How can I get a summer job in France or French Canada?

I am a 19 year old College student interested in learning french in France or French Canada. I would like to get some sort of unskilled work while I am there. I have already done something similar learning spanish while doing a volunteer abroad program in Ecuador, but I was unhappy with the program I was involved with. Any Ideas?
