Anyone have problems with TMJ?

My Doctor keeps telling me that my constant headaches, pressure in my head, and very loud ear ringing are caused by TMJ problems. I also get very dizzy sometimes. I saw and Ear, nose, and throat doc who told me that if he did a surgery where he shaved some bone off the back of my nose it would end all my problems. I don't know who is right but I can't take much more of this. I think it is my ears personally but two docs gave me two different diagnosis. Anyone have TMJ problems who can help?
