Is it normal to weigh this?

I'm 5' 3" and weigh 120. and I'm 13 I just get angry because most of my Friends only weigh 100 or less. And I just wanted to know if you think I'm a little hefty. And I'm on birth control. I heard it makes you gain weight. But I dropped 15 pounds when I got put on it because I used to not eat much and would gain weight (yes that happens) and I live somwhere where I eat healthier so I lost it. No rude comments, thanks.
