Large debts to pay quick?

i ahve a very large phone bill of �250/$500 for 1 month (calling LD bf) and expect the same maybe more next month i only earn �100/$200 a month and cant get a new job or better pay or more hours. i have nothing of any worth to sell and i need money to survive any ideas how i can pay this off
