Help me, black sheep in the family and cant take it anymore..?

No matter what my brother does, my mom will still idolize him. for example, my mom has two cars. one an old piece of junk. the other- a new lexus. of course, she gives him the lexus to drive. he backed up without looking an bam. now he needs a new bumper. did my mom yell at him? punish him? not let him drive the car? NO she did absolutely nothing! Meanwhile im starting a college program (early admit) in two weeks. I still ahve no books and my schedule needs to be reworked. I was writing an email to the college about my schedule. worked hard on it and my mom changed websites, lost the email. and meanwhile didnt care one bit as she spoke on the phone to her friend about nothing for 20 minutes, afterwards she comes back and pretends like she cares. I cant take this! recently my brother lost his phone and my mom was like Ill just buy you a brand new one! While at the same time she doesnt care to buy me any books and says they must be used. I cant take this anymore! please help
