Boyfriend troubles?

me and my boyfriend are best friends and love each other but hes so ignorant, takes hours to text me back (if i get any) doesnt want to see as often as he used to, blames me for not bein able to see his mates, puts me down alot, takes the piss out of me, and always gets really angry and hits me if i get upset with him expecially if im not feeling up to ...he sounds like a **** but he always ses he loves me and i think hes either really stressed / just being an ignorant bloke please help
