Birth controll pills stopped after 3 years, what is the possibility of getting pregnant?

Hi. I am 28y/o. I've been on birth control pills for over 3 years. Last March, I and my boyfriend went on out of country vacation and before we left the country, my supply of pills did not arrive on time. So I had to fly without my pills for the next month. I stopped taking the rest of my "reminder" pills of the current pack and my period arrived last March 7. Knowing the consequences since I got no pills to take, we tried to use other form of birth control. But on the third week of March (March 22 to be exact), we got real drunk and had unprotected . I dont really want to get pregnant yet especially when our church wedding was set for November of this year. All the details for my wedding is set before we come back from our vacation, including a very beautiful wedding gown that wont fit me anymore if I am pregnant. I am so anxious now. My period should have arrived yesterday, I am still anxiously waiting. My family is very conservative so it upsets me more thinking of how to tell them that I got pregnant before the wedding. I am preparing for the worse because it makes me upset that my dream wedding wont take place. The thing is, we have to fly home again (24 hr flight including lay overs) for the wedding, and by November, if I am pregnant, I dont think I can handle being in the plane for a 12-13 hrs flight if I am 6-7 month pregnant then. I took a pregnancy test last week (March 31st) because my are so sore and I feel like having pregnancy like symptoms, but its negative. I know I need to test again anytime this week. I just feel bad that if I am pregnant, my pregnancy happened all unplanned. Not getting my pills on time and having my dream wedding in November... A little advice will ease what I feel right now.
