With Russia selling billions of $'s of military equip. to Venezuela & nuclear info. to Iran, was friendship

with them just a hoax? Did they ever really 'change'? What about the millions the west has invested there? Now there's talk that they Cuba may again become a surrogate military installation, like during the Cuban Missle Crisis of the 60's. Is this something the next president will have to deal with?
