Where in the world does Biden stand on coal plants?

I live in Colorado, where coal plants are important, as well as clean coal, where as in close vicinty of them, our homes, resorts and business plants. Has Biden taking tours of coal plants or is he giving talking points from lobbyists and environmentalists wacko's, who wants us to live in the stone-age times.
