What do I do so my friends don't get hurt?! Please help I'll answer yours in return :D?

usually the best thing is to not get involved unles u have to and then if u have to set them all down for a talk and just get it all out on the table and if u choose to tell them on ur own and they dont believe u the only thing u can say when they find out on there own is i tried to tell u that? :)
