Unintended pregnancies? Which kind of birth control failed you? Or did you try to count the days? Other?

I fell pregnant whilst I had an IUD in place. It was a very distressing time in my life, but according to the testimony of many of the nurses I spoke to at the clinic where I had my termination, pregnancy with an IUD is not at all uncommon. I would certainly never recommend one to anyone.
