How to get rid of acne! Cheap ways?

What are some good ways to get rid of acne?! I can't stand waking up everymornig with it! I use the basics oxy, clearasil, st. ives, you name ive used it! Is there anything I can do to make it clear in a week possibly overnight???? PLEASE
