How do you fold a napkin around a knife, spoon and fork?

I would just roll the silverware in the napkin. You don't really need the paper holder thing, just lay the roll down on the edge seam. I suppose the easiest way to roll it is diagonally--start with a corner and roll to the opposite corner.
