Client account for a call center need HELP!!?

Hello guys! I hope somebody out there can help me. We have started a new call center here Davao, Philippines with a capacity of 100 seats and we have installed all brand new state of the art equipment. Problem is we still don't have an account that we can do business. We are interested in an inbound account. Can you guys help me find an client with a very good account?
